PEORIA - Donna M. Hafele Miller, 77, of Peoria, died at 9:39 a.m., Friday, July 23, 2010 at Heartland of Peoria Care Center.
She was born August 2, 1932 in Peoria to Carl and Thelma Loeb Hafele. She married Carl W. Miller in 1960. He preceded her in death in 1986.
Also preceding her in death are two brothers.
She is survived by her son, Carl "Butch" Miller of Peoria; her sisters, Rosalie (James) Schierer of Peoria, Patricia Jones of Peoria, Victoria (Kent) Stauffer of Colorado Springs, Colorado; her brothers, Joseph (Carol) Hafele of Laramie, Wyoming, James (Linda) Hafele of Peoria and many nieces and nephews.
She was a homemaker and a member of St. Thomas Catholic Church.
Memorial services will be 12:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 28, 2010 at St. Thomas Catholic Church in Peoria Heights. Father Thomas Taylor will officiate. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the church. Cremation rites have been accorded. The Wilton Mortuary in Peoria is in charge of arrangements.
