PEORIA – Diana S. Gohring, 50, of Peoria, died 3:20 p.m., Thursday, January 28, 2010 at OSF Saint Clare in Peoria Heights. She was born October 8, 1959 in Peoria to Donald G. and Norma L. Hagamann Gohring.
Surviving are her five children, Jonathan, Noah, Andrew, Asher and Annabelle Gohring all of Peoria; sister, Doneita McDermid of Peoria; brother, David Gohring of Peoria; and aunt, Gloria McCaw of Goodfield.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Diana was a teacher at 123 You and Me in Peoria for many years.
She attended Glad Tidings Assembly of God in East Peoria. She previously attended Northwoods Community Church in Peoria where she volunteered in children's department for several years.
Service will be at 11:00 a.m., Monday, February 1, 2010 at Glad Tidings Assembly of God in East Peoria. Rev. Fred Doughty and Rev. Terry England will officiate. Visitation will take place from 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday, January 31, 2010 at The Wilton Mortuary in Peoria and one hour prior to service at church. Burial will take place at Springdale Cemetery in Peoria.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a benefit account for the family, care of CEFCU.
