EAST PEORIA—Wilma M. Dotzert, 57, of East Peoria, passed away at 2:31 p.m., Monday, February 1, 2010 in the emergency room at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.
Born August 15, 1952 in Peoria, a daughter of Cletus J. and Leuna Maxine Hurley Hiatt, Wilma married Ronald W. Dotzert May 5, 1973 in Peoria. He survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Richard Dotzert of Creve Coeur, William Dotzert of East Peoria; one daughter, Christine Dotzert of East Peoria; three brothers, Charles (Caroline) Hiatt of Michigan, Ron (Marsha) Hiatt of Sunnyland, Cletus Hiatt of Creve Coeur; one sister, Rosemary Little of Chicago; three grandchildren, Cadence Dotzert, Mackenzie Dotzert and Paige Kennedy.
Wilma was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers and one sister.
Wilma worked for Wal-Mart, in Washington, as the Department Manager of Ladies Wear, last working February 1, 2010.
Wilma collected dolls.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, February 5, 2010 at The Wilton Mortuary in Peoria. Cremation rites will be accorded after the visitation. Memorials may be made to Children's Miracle Network.
