Peoria --- Rosemary Maloney, 86, of Peoria, passed away at 2:20 a.m. Thursday, July 29, 2010 at Methodist Medical Center.
Born April 22, 1924 in Peoria, she was the only daughter of the late Joseph J. and Helen Marie Barnett Maloney.
Rosemary is survived by six nieces, Kathleen (Jim) Johnston of Peoria, Rebecca (Jerry) Thompson of East Peoria, Mary (Sal) Gazioglu of Plano TX, Susie (Mike) Papenhause of East Peoria, Colleen (Steve) Hutcherson of McKinney, TX and Eileen Maloney of Houston, TX; three nephews, Jim Maloney of Peoria, Patrick (Cathy) Maloney of Peoria, and Tim Maloney of Duluth, MN, and one sister-in-law, Barbara Maloney of Duluth, MN.
She was preceded in death by her parents, as well as two brothers, Jim and William "Bill" Maloney.
Rosemary worked for two years at the Pabst Brewery, and she was a Catholic by faith.
The Wilton Mortuary is handling arrangements for the family. A memorial service will be arranged for a later date.
