Noah was born on October 31, 1998 in Peoria, Illinois. He was a senior at Illinois Valley Central High School in Chillicothe.

An avid gamer, Noah was the Dungeon Master in his Dungeons and Dragons group, and also enjoyed playing other games such as Pokemon Go and Steam games. Making people smile and laugh was one of Noah's favorite things to do and he was well-known in his family and school for his unbeatable sense of humor. He was voted "Funniest Student" in his senior class, and would often go out of his way to make other's laugh.

Above all, Noah was a loving and kind-hearted soul who made an impact on many people throughout his life, from sticking up for students who were being picked on to cracking a joke just to brighten someone's day. He will be remembered by family, friends and teachers alike for his pure outlook on life.

Surviving are his mother, Deana Ordaz, and his sister, Leah Ordaz, both of Chillicothe; his grandmother, Sharon Berkshier of Chillicothe; three aunts, Shelly (Steve) Wallace of Bradford, IL, Sheila (Kevin) Bauswell of Chillicothe and Jill (Randy) Lantz of Chillicothe. Also surviving are five cousins and four second-cousins. His grandfather, Paul Berkshier, preceded him in death in 2012.
